Returns :

You may return your items purchased online to our Tel Aviv studio after schedule an appointment ( to do so you can send us an email via the contact page or directly to our service e-mail - contact@alex-andra-pinto.com ) or with delivery service with additional fee. 

In order to receive a refund the order must be returned after max of 14 days from its arrival to you. the refund will be to the payment method used in the order and may take 5-10 business days.  

You can also receive store credit to use for your next purchase online or in store. 

 Exchanges :  

To exchange online items in store, you can swap for the same item in a different size or color. Please note exchanges done in-store are final and can no longer be returned or exchanged again.

Exchange is available for max 14 days from purchase and is also available in store or with delivery for extra fee. please send us a message in order to schedule each of the options if needed. 

No returns or exchanges for final sale items. 

Shipping : 

1. 3-5 business days delivery ( to your door step), available only for orders in Israel. 

2. Collect your order from the studio. contact us after receiving a message your order is ready and we'll schedule your visit. 

3. Worldwide shipping 7-14 days. 

For worldwide shipping all custom fees are not included.
